Need space to start your own food business? Sweet Angel Cakes is also home to a commercial kitchen space where space is rented to other cooking professionals. We want to share our kitchen with you.

We are a shared-use commercial kitchen for rent by Food Artisans in the Chattanooga and North Georgia areas. We are perfect for small and startup businesses who need to leave the nest but aren’t quite ready to take on the obligations and cost of a full-fledged kitchen space of their own.

We have a fully equipped kitchen including 2 Convection ovens, refrigerators, dry storage (full-time renters only), loading dock, free Wi-Fi, several work stations, conduction cooktops, 10-quart mixer, Kitchen Aid Mixers, keypad access 24/7, utensils, 3 compartment sink, etc. We also provide cleaning towels, paper towels, cleaning supplies and tools. All other items needed must be supplied by the renter.

We are licensed and permitted and have maintained a score of 100 on our past couple of years of Health Department inspections.

We do NOT rent by the hour. We require rental agreements of at least one year, however since we know things can change, we do offer an option to give us a 90 day written notice and you can terminate your rental agreement if all terms are followed. We do not rent “by the hour” or by the event.

Approximately $500-$1200 per month- Full-time/heavy usage (24/7) but mostly use of space during the week, during the day. Includes dry storage area and refrigeration storage area.

Approximately $425-$500 per month - For 2 days or more per week, use time after 3 pm in most cases (some day shifts may be available on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays)  includes dry storage. Use of refrigeration during your production time.

Approximately $375 per month - 2 days per week, use time after 3 pm, no storage. You bring items to work on and take with you at the end of your production time.

Approximately $325 per month - 1 day per week, use time after 3 pm, no storage.

Requirements: Business license, General Liability insurance, ability to work with others and create a professional work environment at all times, cleaning the space at end of use.
